Charter day checklist.
- Food, whatever your group will eat. Easy-to-handle options work best: charcuterie boards, sandwiches, takeout containers, catered spread. Bring trays if you want presentation; we provide trays on request.
- Drinks (BYOB), cans, plastic containers, or wine/champagne bottles. Pour into the plastic cups we provide; no red wine on deck. Champagne, white wine, rosé, sparkling, beer, spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic, all welcome.
- Layers, warm afternoon to cooler post-sunset with breeze. Light jacket for evening charters.
- Sunscreen, essential even on overcast days; the water reflects UV.
- Sunglasses, the bay is bright.
- Towels, especially for water-toy charters or warm-day deck lounging.
- Soft-soled shoes or barefoot, no black-soled shoes (they scuff the deck).
- Decor (optional), flowers, banners, candles when wind allows. We provide vases on request.
- Photographer's gear (if applicable), brief them on framing and positioning during the pre-charter call.
For specific occasion-related items (rings, bridal accessories, milestone decor), bring them with you to the dock; we transfer aboard during boarding. The crew is good at storing items discreetly and producing them at the right moment when the charter has a "reveal" element to it.
